One On One – Personal Training

I work closely on every aspect of achieving certain goals whether they’re fitness, nutrition or personal issues like just getting “back on track”. While I’m working on my new venture in Scarsdale for 2016, my time is reserved for my 7 day teaching schedule as well as music production and programming, but I’d love to help you find the perfect fit from my huge Rolodex of AAA trainers; whether strength, boxing, flexibility, Pilates or even kids gymnastics.

If you’re looking for a twice a week, follow you around the gym floor type of routine – I’m not for you. But if you want to truly “live” this life or have a youngster that needs my help, reach out in confidence.
